1. Eligibility

CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD operates competitions on its website, https://www.cuillincompetitions.com/ where participants can win prizes by adhering to these terms and conditions (referred to as “Competition” or “Competitions”).

Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older in the UK, or the legal age in their country of residence.

CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD reserves the right to cancel accounts or disqualify participants found to be misusing its services. For example, attempts to create multiple accounts for a single individual or household to bypass entry limits will result in disqualification and permanent exclusion from future Competitions.

2. Legal Compliance

By entering a Competition, participants (“Entrants”) confirm they possess the legal capacity to do so, understand these terms, and agree to be bound by them and any applicable promotional materials.

Competitions are governed by English Law, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country of residence when participating in Competitions hosted by CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD. The Company is not liable for entries made in breach of local laws.

If unsure about the legality of entering, Entrants should seek guidance from local authorities before proceeding.

3. Entry Requirements

Competitions can be entered via the CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD website and may run simultaneously with different prizes. Competition availability, entry limits, and pricing are determined at the Company’s discretion and detailed on the relevant Competition page.

Free Entry Option

To comply with applicable laws, Competitions include a free entry route. Entrants may submit a postal entry on a postcard to:

Each postcard must include the Entrant’s date of birth, the specific Competition being entered, and contact information. Entries must be submitted individually and received by the Competition’s closing date.

Postal Entries

When entering a Competition via postal entry, the entry is free. All Entrants must specify which Competition they wish to enter and provide their contact details to the Promoter by post to the address above.

First or second-class postage must be paid for each such entry (“Postal Entry”). Bulk entries (multiple entries in one envelope) will not be accepted.

Postal entries will not be accepted directly through the letterbox.

Each Postal Entry has the same chance of winning a Prize or Instant Win Prize as a paid Online Entry.

All Entries, whether an Online Entry or a Postal Entry, must arrive by the end of the Promotion Period for a Competition as stated on the Website.

For all Competitions, a random number(s) will be allocated to each Postal Entry by the Promoter.

If a Competition has sold out, no further entries will be accepted and the Website will state that the Competition is closed.

You will not be deemed entered into the Competition until we confirm your Entry.

4. Competition Draws

Winners are selected through a random number generator system, beginning from 1 up to the total number of entries for the Competition.

Live Draw Transparency

Draws may be streamed live on CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD’s social media platforms and/or website for transparency.

In the rare event of technical or human error during the draw, CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD reserves the right to void the draw and carry over the prize to the next legitimate draw.

Contacting Winners

CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD will contact winners using the details provided at registration.

Entrants are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days (extendable at the Company’s discretion) or fails to confirm acceptance, they forfeit the prize, which remains the property of CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD.

All participants may be added to the Company’s database for updates about Competitions and promotions.

5. Prizes

Prizes are selected and purchased by CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD. Full details are outlined on the specific Competition pages.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and uninsured unless explicitly stated.

Delivery is free within mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for non-mainland UK or international delivery.

Once a prize has been delivered, CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD is not responsible for insurance, maintenance, or defects.

Prizes may also be subject to terms from manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers.

6. Winner Obligations

Verification

Winners must provide proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID) to verify eligibility. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Publicity

Winners may be asked to provide photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

CUILLIN COMPETITIONS LTD respects winners’ preferences regarding publicity and allows opting out upon request.

All Competition entries are final.
